These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeilGuard Anticheat software, the customer portal ("Client Zone"), and the related website (collectively, the "Service") operated by VeilGuard ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
VeilGuard provides a server-side anticheat resource for FiveM/CFX servers, a license key issuance system, and a web-based monitoring portal (Client Zone) that lets server operators view live players, issue bans, request screenshots, and inspect server logs.
The Service is sold as a subscription or one-time purchase per the plans listed at /pricing. Each license is tied to one server (matched by license key and heartbeat fingerprint).
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to operate the FiveM server on which you intend to run VeilGuard. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VeilGuard resource on the server tied to your license key for the duration of your active subscription.

Prices are listed in GBP and processed by Stripe Payments UK Limited. Subscription licenses renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days notice for active subscribers. Pricing changes do not affect already-paid periods.

We target 99.9% uptime for the license-validation API and Client Zone. Live status is reported at /status. The anticheat resource itself runs in fail-safe mode if our API is unreachable — your server stays online.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (Stripe, Discord, Cloudflare, FiveM/CFX, hosting providers).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your license stops validating but your Client Zone data is preserved for 90 days so you can resume by renewing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilGuard's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, reputation, or player base.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
