Refund Policy

We want VeilGuard to actually reduce cheating on your server. If it doesn't, we'll give you your money back — no debate, no paperwork.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchaseof any VeilGuard plan, for any reason. We process refunds through Stripe — the funds return to the original card or payment method within 5-10 business days.

The 30-day window is per customer, per first purchase. Repeat renewals are not eligible.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email refunds@veilguard.io from the address you used to purchase
  2. Include the license key OR the Stripe receipt number
  3. Optional: tell us what didn't work — it helps us improve

We aim to confirm refunds within 24 business hours.

3. Subscription cancellations

If you have an active monthly/yearly subscription and don't want to renew, cancel before the next billing date and you will NOT be charged again. Your current period stays active until expiry.

You can cancel:

  • From the Stripe customer portal link in your payment confirmation email
  • By emailing support@veilguard.io
  • From your VeilGuard dashboard (Settings → Billing)

4. What is NOT refundable

  • Renewal charges after the first 30 days
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us (these incur a £15 Stripe dispute fee that we pass on)
  • Purchases made with promo codes labelled "non-refundable" (rare; always disclosed at checkout)

5. License revocation on refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license key is immediately deactivated and the anticheat resource on your server enters fail-safe mode. Your Client Zone data (bans, logs, audit history) is preserved for 90 days in case you change your mind.

6. Chargebacks & disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will be unable to assist you further and your access to the Service will be permanently suspended. Please email us before disputing — 9 times out of 10 we resolve it the same day.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable EU consumer law.
